I have horrible credit will I really get approved?

Yes! If you have a valid (G2+) driver license and have an income we will get you approved. We can even approve you without doing a credit check.

What will my interest rate be?

Interest rates vary from as low as 3.99%-29.9%. Rates are based on many different factors although National will do our best to getting you the lowest rate possible. In the event you receive a higher rate National will work with you to getting a lower rate in the future as your credit is re-established.

Do I need a co-signer?

No! National does not require a co-signer although if a co-signer is available it may help in lowering your interest rate.

How do I contact a customer service representative?

What do I have to do if I change my banking information?

Simply send us a new pre authorized debit form from your banking institution. PAD form can be sent to us by Fax at 613.288.0702 or by email at customerservice@nationalottawa.ca.

How do I get a payoff on my account?

Easy just call our office at 1.613.288.0701. Please note that National does not send buy outs by email.

What are my payment options?

Payments can be made in person at our head office, pre authorized debit from your bank account or at any TD Canada Trust bank.

What is your payment mailing address?

All payments being sent via mail are to be sent to our head office located at 1886 Merivale Road Ottawa Ontario Canada K2G 1E6.

What do I do if I have an accident and vehicle is a total loss?

Please contact us immediately and provide us with the insurance contact and claim number. Please also be sure to inform your insurance company that the vehicle is financed with National Auto Finance Corporation.

How do I know if I have warranty?

Please refer to your lease or finance contract it will be clearly stated if there is a warranty or not and if so will give you the warranty description.
